Before attending I had a very primitive idea about ITIL. But post training I got to know very clearly about all the Service lifecycle Processes and their activities.

Training was good and informative, we have got basic knowledge on Cisco ISE and SD Access concepts. Trainer understood our level of efficiency and delivered the training in a very effective and lucid manner. Lab session were really interactive and satisfying.
